Credit
Analyzer (ScoreWizard) is a tool that tells a consumer how to
improve his or her credit score based on the amount of cash you
have available to pay off
your debt. Credit Analyzer makes it easier for you to reach your
target credit score, which can make all the difference for a consumer
in the current mortgage market. Raising a score by as little
as 10 or 20 points may be all that is needed for approval. With
Credit Analyzer, you can quickly and easily generate a detailed
analysis of your credit score, including suggestions on how it
can be improved.
Steps:
- You must have a credit report, which is less than
30 days old, and requested through our website.
- Pick the bureau you want to use (the one you would
like the FICO score to be increased) and indicate how much “disposable
cash” you have available (money you have to pay some debts).
You can indicate up to two amounts.
- Buy Credit Analyzer services on our website for the bureau
you selected.
- We will email you the outline of what you should do, and by
how many points the score will increase.
- Read carefully and do what it says and do not
try to second guess the Credit Analyzer’s suggestions.
You should get the accurate results when your creditor updates
its records. You can buy Rapid Re-Score services if you would like
Great Northern Mortgage to update your records with the bureaus
within 3-5 business days.
- If you need to analyze another bureau, please buy Credit Analyzer
services for the second or third bureau and repeat the process.

What If Simulator - If
you see accounts, late dates, or other info that should not be
on your report, then we also have the What-if Simulator to help
you see how many points those types of things are worth. What If
Simulator allows
you to “experiment” by making changes on the credit
report and seeing if the score will go up or down.
Steps:
- You must have a credit report, which is less than 30 days old,
and requested through our website.
- Pick the bureau you want to
use (the bureau that is specifically reporting a tradeline
you want to “experiment” with).
- Indicate what changes you would
like make. For example, remove a late date and make it “paid as agreed”;
increase or decrease your credit limit or balance; delete a
collection account on your credit report, and etc.
- Buy What If Simulator services
on our website for the bureau you selected.
- We will email you the What
If Simulator report
showing by how many points the score will change.
- If you will be able to prove to the bureau(s) that your creditor(s)
made a mistake, you should expect your FICO score to be changed
as it is indicated by What If Simulator. You can buy Rapid Re-Score
services if you would like Great Northern Mortgage
to update your records with the bureaus within 3-5 business
days.

may acknowledge any other reasons that consumer is disputing.

Letter to Release Information. Always call our office
718-897-7900 to make sure that we receive your Authorization.

Identity Verification
We protect your privacy by ensuring that your credit report can
only be viewed by YOU.
To prevent unauthorized access to your credit report, please verify
your identity by answering the security questions based on information
that only you would know. Your answers will be verified against
your credit report with regard to such things as your current or
previous address, loan information (bank and/or approximate monthly
payment) and last four numbers on your credit cards.
Here's how it works:
- We confirm your identity through a series of questions
based on the information in your
personal credit report
- Your answers are compared to the information in
your personal credit report
- You will be emailed your Personal Credit Report
when enough correct information
has been confirmed
- Alternatively, you are always welcome to come
to our office with your picture ID and
we will process your credit report request with five minutes
